@sdevine597 i’m glad to hear you’re feeling better Shawna. I’ve been trying to get the woman I bought my purse from to reimburse me. No response and she’s an ambassador! I wrote a letter to corporate Poshmark explaining our situation. They said the three day rule will not be changed. I just recently responded and told them they are building a company culture which allows fakes to be circulated. I told them I would be sending this to a consumer watch dog that deals with fake merchandise dealers.

I was also told by an ambassador in California that changing out the bags handle does not affect the bags authenticity. They are considered aftermarket additions. I have been involved in negotiations with major corporations are most of my life. I’ve never seen another instance where a company will not support doing the right thing.
