jennas_world @shawndelpuckett Hello, thank you for your review HOWEVER. I know for 100000% fact the bag does not “smell”. Second, the handles are not BROKEN. They. Are. Not.. Third, the purse is NOT suppose to stand up or be firm. The design of the bag is to be soft and loose. If you are THAT unhappy, please by all means, return it! It was described exactly how it is and I’m very sorry you are not happy. But again, the points that you are unhappy about are just not true. Please return it. Thank you.❤️

jennas_world Lastly, being a season buyer, you are very aware that you could have opened a case with Posh. You could have easily returned it IF your claims were TRUE. I am a seasoned seller and have NEVER had any issues with selling items with the kind of complaints that you mention. Again, if you’re that unhappy, please return it ASAP.❤️
