kimsunshinegal I am so sorry about the postage I used the standard shipping from posh and USPS they never mentioned it needing more postage when it was scanned. Please accept 25% off any item if you see something you like to to make up for the inconvenience.

shawnette_1976 @kimsunshinegal its fine ma’am it wasn’t much extra .... the last 4 packages I have got from Poshmark I have ur to pay for and after awhile it starts to add up lol .... I received another package today also and it was just a bra but because it was shipped in a large flat rate package and didn’t have enough postage paid on it i had to pay 10.15 extra today for it as well

kimsunshinegal I think it’s a problem at your post office I have heard of some mail clerks not realizing that posh has a negotiated rate with the USPS. I think you should call the supervisor of your post office especially since it’s an on going issue. The rate we ship covers up to 5 lbs before adding any extra postage.

shawnette_1976 @kimsunshinegal they said the problem is things being sent in boxes that say medium or large FLAT rate those boxes have to pay flat rate shipping but of things are sent in just regular brown box it’s much cheaper and it’s actually cheaper to send something by 5lbs then it is to use a flat rate box or to use boxes from the post office that just say mailing without the flat rate on them .... so whenever someone sends something flat rate the customer will have to pay that flat rate

shawnette_1976 I’m new to posh I have never sold anything but I have purchased a lot so I’m not to sure how to get the word out for people that sell to use regular boxes from the post office that just say mailing boxes and not flat rate boxes so buyers won’t be responsible for paying all that extra shipping on top of what they have already paid
