I didn't receive any communication prior to, or immediately after, your order was placed about sizing. I sent you the above message confirming the size 7. When I didn't hear back from you, I went ahead and shipped them.

shawnpert I liked the 11 but u sent me a note that you accepted the offer for the size 7..by mistake it was the 11 i needed. How can i exchange them. I dont wear an 11 and i dont know any one who does

melissa_haeckel @shawnpert At that time, when you liked the listing, it was one listing with two sizes available. The offer was sent on the size 7. You accepted that offer and didn’t communicate about the size 11 until 4 days after your order. They were already shipped by that time.

shawnpert at the time that I liked them there was no way to state which one I preferred. I liked the 11 so i assumed that i was getting the 11. However you accepted the offer for the 7 instead of asking me which size I preferred. I made an offer for the11 and when it was accepted I did not see your email till much later . I even notified customer service I just want to know how I can exchange the size 7 boots for the 11 or something else because I don't wear a 7 and I have no one I can gift them to
