rasclematt Hi there, I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I saw you were an ambassador. I’m a seller also and a customer purchased 3 items individually instead of bundling them and was charged 3 separate shipping charges. Could you please tell me how I can credit their account for 2 of the shipping charges?
