Meet your Posher, Shay & Jason

We love shopping, working out and fashion. Jason and Shay are personal Trainers who own a Gym where we train our clients. We also have a fitness products business where Jason invents products to help clients train more intentional without risk of injury, etc. As Gym rats riddled with injuries we wanted better options in order to change how we train ourselves, and our clients but felt limited so we started manufacturing our own products. Our Shopify store is Squatharness.com. Shopping is our second love but we own our gym so we train 6 days a week. That makes it hard sometimes to find the time to wear some of our doper stuff because come Sunday we don’t have the energy for anything other than rest. So we buy a lot of things like he-Polo by Ralph Lauren, and I Kate Spade New York, Lilly Pulitzer, and Generation Love. We also have a lot of workout wear brands you may find like Adidas, Nike, Champion, NVGTN, Gymshark, Fabletics, Alphalete, buff bunny, and lululemon.
