I am new to using Poshmark so when I responded to the accept button it appears that they may generate a return label. I’m not necessarily asking for a return I thought I was contacting you but I think I contacted Poshmark customer service instead. I wanted to alert you to the damage and find out what you think would be the right thing to do please let me know your thoughts thanks

@mauishay I did not realize there was a hole. I would have told the last person, but I didn’t notice it. I immediately knew it was too hot for me. Can you pit a few stitches there and darn it? I can take money off or you can just return it. I don’t know how it works.

@tifforose Yes I am sure you did not know I’m not accusing you of that no problem. I should be able to fix it. Indeed it is a pretty warm robe and I am also in a beach location but I like it and I do run cold so I’ll have use for it. What do you think about $20 off instead of returning it going through the whole hassle?

@mauishay hello. I need to think what to do. I lost $14 already when I re-Poshed it. $20 more means that I’ve lost $34 on this item. That’s a lot for me right now. Can I think about what I need to do and try to find out about who pays the return shipping and if that is yet another expense? This is adding up. Contd…

I guess I’m learning a seller and buyer lesson with this one. I reached out to the original seller and told her as well. I wanted her to know bc I’m not happy about this for either of us. I may need to sew the little hole and relist it. I’ll let you know after I read the Poshmark rules. Thanks for you patience and understanding! I’m so sorry for the inconvenience to both of us!

@mauishay hi there! I’ve been reading and learning more about this situation on Customer Support. You can just return the item. You get your full amount and shipping back, so don’t worry. Poshmark will email you a prepaid return label. Sorry for the issue! You were very nice to work with, so I’m sorry this happened.
