garmar11 @1234_ruth @1234_ruth I checked under the tab “my purchases” and it says “once the package has been delivered we will cancel the order and process the refund.” The tracking says customer has requested the post service redeliver this item. Can you check your tab under “my sales” And see an update from Poshmark?
