sb7804 Hello, you purchased the metallic font shirt from me last night, when I was looking over the shirt to package up I noticed set in wrinkle or bend on the front of the shirt. hapshepsute @stylebysjay I am a customer registering a complaint with a business that sold me defective merchandise. Legitimate businesses would apologize and offer me a refund. Businesses don't threaten their customer for complaining about being sold defective merchandise. I notified Stylebysjay the moment I realized the shoes were defective, the 2nd time I wore them. I notified Stylebysjay via my rating. II am very sorry if I did not use the preferred complaint method.

stylebysjay @hapshepsute If you were unsatisfied with your purchase, opening a return case is always an option and if I left anything out of the listing, you could have informed me in the case and potentially been able to return. Although I did note the flaws in the wedge of the shoe, any lack of knowledge of that was an oversight on your part. It has now been over a month, the policy is you have three business days to open a case. You might want to check Poshmark policy before making another purchase.
