I was definitely more of a rubber boots and cut-offs in the forest kid than the dress wearing piano playing girl my grandmother shopped for! designercrafted hi, the blanket is 100% wool. not a blend so its how regular wool blankets feel . not sure what your definition of soft wool is so its hard to answer that. thanks for your interest.
