evaemmell Hi, Order #:60b99d76aa5427bd693bdebd The postman left me a message that said they tried to deliver this today, but no one was home and there was postage due? The note he left said postage was $30???? I paid $7.45 for shipping when I bought the boots. How do I owe $30? I am hoping this is a mistake by the postal carrier, as there are some other weird things that don’t add up (when I go to schedule redelivery, postage is not mentioned and it says that a secure delivery spot was not available,

evaemmell no....I expected that they would try and deliver it again, but I haven't had any additional notes. I spoke to a friend who is a postal carrier and they said that when postage is due, they try and get it from the person it is delivered to, if that doesn't work, they send it back. it may be coming back to you? I have no idea how poshmark works with shipping, but it appears that there is an issue. I am still interested if you can work it out with Poshmark. If not, please process a refund.

itzme2867 @evaemmell I sent an inquiry to Poshmark and this was the response I got…If there is an additional postage due, it is most likely due to the wrong packaging or the package is overweight. Not to worry, the buyer can either pay for the postage and we can refund them in Posh Credit, or the buyer can refuse the package so that the item can be sent back to you. We can then send you a new shipping label and see why there was a postage due.
