lbrick0602 I sincerely apologize for mislabeling the Chacos. One of the photos showed size 9, but I mistakenly entered size 8. I am more than happy to refund your money, including shipping costs, and also cover the cost for shipping them back to me. I would genuinely appreciate it if you could either delete or update the 1 star rating. I am an honest, polite Posher and would like for my rating to reflect that. Please let me know how I can right this wrong in a way that is most convenient for you.

shayneathomas @lbrick0602 they are being difficult and just gave me a partial refund. I’ll probably just try to resell myself. Thanks for your patience and trying to help me work it out!
