alk3149 Hi, I just purchased a dress from you. Order # 5c32514c74359b41a4a561f7 . I live in Fort Wayne, IN, and the tracking # says it was delivered in Indianapolis, IN. Can you help in any way? I was hoping to have this dress before the 18th.

trendylou @alk3149 I just looked up your shipping label and tracked it and and it says someone picked it up at the post office in Indianapolis. That is so weird. I’m going to contact Poshmark and see what they can do. I’m so sorry this happened 😩

munchkin161616 @trendylou Bought a top from you, the order was automatically accepted as I was traveling when it arrived so I couldn't confirm. Just got home, there are 15-20 small holes in it which are visible when held up and visible when I put it on. Now I've paid for a top that I can't wear or donate. Super bummed. :(

trendylou @munchkin161616 Hey, I try my best to check over my items and make sure there are no flaws but sometimes I miss things. So sorry I missed this, it definitely wasn’t my intention. I don’t know if posh will do a refund since it’s already been accepted, but if there is something in my closet of comparable price that you are interested in I would be a happy to send it to you. Again, I apologize.

trendylou @munchkin161616 Hey, I got an email back from Posh saying that you have to initiate the refund since the funds have been released already. You just have to go to your purchase and click contact customer support and write them an email. They answered back pretty quickly for me.
