Hello There! Okay, so I purchased the Zara boots weeks ago and have messaged you re: if you plan on sending them. The app shows you active up to and including today since I purchased them. Do you mind answering my question re: rather or not you’re planning on sending them? You can’t really use the excuse you didn’t see they sold or my messages as the app continues to show you active.
