They have been shipped and according to the tracking number you should receive them Thursday. Do you show the tracking number on your end? I’m sorry again and will take note for my future orders.. You’re going to love them and have them to wear for all of your upcoming holiday events. They feel like tennis shoes too. Never have I worn a shoe this tall and so comfortable.
