samantha_sf_ca Hi. I mailed your Bernardo sandals the day after you purchased. I have no idea what happened. Poshmark indicates it was never mailed. I’m so sorry...they are at the bottom of some mailbox somewhere. I really hope they show up. I’m so sorry about this. This has never happened before.

sheena37148 @mhrennie I found the steps below on the help center. Please follow those and then postmark will update the shipping label for me. I have you packed and ready to ship tomorrow but I’ll need to print that label before we leave for the post office. If I don’t have that in time I’ll ship first thing Monday.

sheena37148 To change your address: In the app Go to your Account Tab (@username) Select My Purchases Select the unshipped order Select Show More Select Edit next to the Ship To information Select an existing address or Add Address On the web Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page Select My Purchases Select the unshipped order Select Edit Address Select an existing address or scroll down to Add Address Select Done
