bettrina Hi - this is email I got back today from customer service... We see the user purchased the item separately, and not through the bundle feature - which is why the discount was not applied. Since they are purchased separately, it is also expected each item will be shipped separately. Once an order is purchased, modifications cannot be made to the order. We recommend canceling the order and re-listing them for the buyer to purchase via the bundle option.
