stylelafayette @scoop44 you cannot get a refund simply because you did not go through Poshmark. They have specific procedures and will not accept a return when you already accepted the order on Posh. You reviewed us and sent the bag externally and it is against Posh guidelines.

stylelafayette @scoop44 I will send the bag tomorrow but just so you know technically I would not have to under Poshmark rules. Also, I don’t think it was too nice to give me a 1 star star rating. Especially since I reached out as soon as I realized my mistake and promised to fix it.

Seriously, I was dealing with some much more with what was going on with my family member I didn’t even know what day of the week it was. I truly appreciate your understanding and by no means meant to give you any rating if I had and literally don’t know how I could have if I never accepted it.
