I dry cleaned your top and wrapped it in tissue paper- and shipped it the same day you ordered it. Plus I sent you free gifts- and then you said I could improve on cleanliness, packaging, and shipping time? I think you may have me mixed up with someone else.

closetstaple Hi Sheila. I just received a 2/5 ⭐️ on the Black Wedge & I’m confused. I sold over 300+ items & have received 5 ⭐️ from my buyers. As a seller, I strive to improve on my item description & provide good customer service to all my buyers. These shoe were a manmade fabric suede materials. I might have forgotten to mention “manmade” in the description but I don’t see how it deserves a 2 ⭐️.
