amybjade @sheilahaun Hi. I just want to let you know that the pen is going out today priority mail. Also, I put in a brand new Tiffany ink refill in it because I wasn’t sure how much ink was left in the one it had.

amybjade @sheilahaun I just saw your case that you opened . I wish you would’ve just contacted me first. I must’ve installed the new cartridge incorrectly if it’s not retracting. It’s probably a very easy fix. They would fix it for you in a Tiffany store for free if you happen to have one near you. I’ll be happy to take it back but it can be corrected easily.

amybjade I may have another one of the same Tiffany T clip pens. I also might have one that has a cap to it. Do you prefer one with a cap or one that twists and is retractable?
