nonnasheila @my3kidsark I completely understand! I have some foot issues and have heard that Dansko are great shoes for that . However, I have never had a pair so was looking to try some inexpensively to see if I liked them or not . No hard feelings and thanks for the counteroffer but still a little more than I'm ready to go. Maybe I should just go and actually try some on in a shoe store. 😁 That might change what I'm willing to pay . Thanks so much and best of luck. ❤️

dragonflybtq @nonnasheila I have low back problems that are so bad some days I can't even move. I'd been told for years to try the Dansko Professional Clogs & I'd always said no bcuz they're a platform type. Well 4 years ago on Black Friday a store had a sale on them $99.

dragonflybtq @nonnasheila while the sales person was helping my mom I wore them around the store & from then on I didn't take them off. Now I have 4 pair of the professional clogs & I wear them all winter long. If you have problems with your feet I recommend buying them new. (I'm a total shoe guru!) I worked in a shoe store thar specialized in Dansko, Mephisto, Thiink & what not

dragonflybtq @nonnasheila Dansko has an outlet. If you go to their site there's a link. Sometimes you can find good deals on here too. They run from $99 on sale to about $150 regular $. They're all handmade too!! If you decide to try them, go for the clog with the full back on it! Do you know if you definately wear a sz 40?

nonnasheila @my3kidsark Thank you so much for all this information. I have low back problems too because of a surgery when I was much younger , so i need to take care of the feet for sure. I will certainly check out the outlet and watch for a sale. I may go try them on first though. I wear a 91/2 or 10 in most shoes, so I think the 40 would be right for me but it would probably be wise to try them on. Once again, thank you for all your interest and help.

dragonflybtq @nonnasheila any time! I wear a 9, 9.5 & the 40 is perfect, but your heel is supposed to slip in these so I'd definitely try them first. One more thing (with an overwhelming fear of sounding like a know it all bitc* 😔) it's also recommended not to wear the same pair of shoes 2 days in a row. Bcuz everyone's feet sweat your shoes need time to dry & overnight isn't always enough. They last longer too. Plus it's a great excuse to buy shoes & everyone needs that!!!! 😁😁
