sheilae2 @fcurcio I tried accepting the delivery, its telling me to contact Poshmark due to the open case. I sent the order number to Poshmark and asked them to release your earnings. If there is a different way that I'm supposed to do this please let me know.

sheilae2 @fcurcio You're welcome! In case they ask, this is what I did. I went into my purchases, clicked the "accept order" button. I receive a message indicating I cannot accept the order because there is an open support case. Contact customer support. Please let them know I sent a message to them last night with the order number asking them to release your earnings. Please let me know if there is something else I should do after you speak with them.
