@benjaminmasters hi. I received the hairdryer but there is no diffuser in the box. There's only a concentrator. The description says with diffuser even though the picture you posted does not show it. I gave curly hair and bought this specifically because of the diffuser. Did you forget to include it?

I have just now saw where you open the case against me. I have wrote back on the case to tell them the diffuser was in box .I have gone back To look over my office. That if user is underneath the desk. Why would I forget something when I even told you that I have found the instructions? I would not do that..

If you would’ve got a hold of me before you open the case this would’ve been a lot better for the both of us. You can’t win close the case and I can FedEx you this diffuser with the instructions P or move forward with the case I have told them to go ahead and give you your money back. It’s whatever you want today $50 is not worth getting upset over or stressing me out. It’s whatever you would like to do! Instructions were missing and I was stressed out about that and let you know immediately!I

If you read what I wrote, you will see that it isn't only the missing diffuser I'm concerned about. See the pictures I posted in the case I opened.
