unicorns4all Did you send out the missing pieces from my order? I went ahead and released the payment last week, trusting you’d take care of it. If not, just let me know as I’m waiting to send a box to my daughter away at college until yours arrive. unicorns4all @sheilarayray - I totally understand. I did that last week too. I just wanted to know so I could plan my own box shipping. alemanlola Hi! I've received my first bundle package that I ordered from your closet. I love all items, but I'm sad to say that the belt is missing from pink trenchcoat. I rechecked the listing,and the belt is visible in pic ,the pic that shows back of coat. Belt is hanging from hook. Will you plz check,maybe you just overlooked it and forgot to place in box. Tysm

hils1 Hi there, there was a small pair of pink/black earrings in the pocket of the ebags crossbody I purchased. If they are important to you, I can mail them back. They are just some simple dangles in a little bag. Looks like someone got them at a souvenir shop on vacation. Love the purse!

restylez_thrift I ended up accepting the credit from Posh because you never responded on the case. I feel it is very unprofessional to wait a week to ship, send the wrong item, and ignore me afterwards. It would have been simple to correct the issue but you ignored it? I was polite and tried to work with you!
