Hi @sighle, I read your rating for your recent purchase of the sweater and you’re right. Listing this item as a L was my error. Although the photo of the tag saying Medium and measurements were provided in the ad, I understand why you thought you were buying a L and understand why you’re disappointed. Since the listing error was my mistake I’ve contacted Poshmark Support to request that they approve a return for you even though you’re outside the acceptance window.

Hi @sighle I heard back from Sokthy at support. They’ve let me know that they aren’t able to initiate a return at my request per policy but advised that you should contact them. It sounds like they may be able to initiate a return for you outside the usual window if you ask them directly. Again, apologies for the listing error and hope support can help work this out.
