@bohochick13 Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out! I’m totally new to Posh and just trying to figure out how it all works. I have a bunch of new likes and follows, but not sure how that translates into sales. Do I wait for them to make an offer? Am I doing this right? Do the listings expire? Thanks for your help!

@realsheil Those are all great questions! If you have likes you can send a private offer to all of the people who liked your item. It has to be 10% less than the current price and include a shipping discount. Listings never expire, but if something has sat for a long time, you might want to permanently lower the price or delete and relist. Make sure you are sharing your closet at least 2x a day. Also follow other people and share their listings to get to Ambassador status.

@bohochick13 Yes, shipping address is set and I’ve clicked the offer link, but there’s nothing after that allowing me to accept the offer. I’m worried I’ll get a bad rating if I can’t complete the sale in time!

@realsheil That won't affect your rating. I would send a message to the person who offered. See if you can lower the price for them to just buy without having to offer. You don't get dinged for not accepting an offer. They can't rate you until the sale has been completed.

@bohochick13 I’m so sorry to keep bugging you- but I’m at a loss. There is absolutely no place to click on Acceit offer.
It says I have 3 active offers / pictures and names of the 3 people.
Those are actual offers to buy, yes?
I can’t even send them a note telling them anything.
I sent a note through Posh for help but they says expect a reply in 24 hours.
Any other advice you can offer??
