shamrock6814 Hi. I reached out to Poshmark about this package. I have not heard from them but I’ve done a little research. You have to dispute it within three days or your account will get charged. Looks like it’s been there a couple days. I will not dispute the return/ I did not think the packages would have such a rough ride to your home. They may ask you to take pictures. You can take a picture of the box if it sounds like this stuff broken inside.

sweets7777 I have taken pictures of the third package that I received yesterday October 30th. The set of 3 candles in their own box survived because they were enclosed and separated in their own box so the lids were very SECURED so that they were not able to pop off during transit. Turkey is broken because the lid popped off and caused the naked candle to break since it acted like a loose cannon just like the naked Frosted Cedar Wreath in the second package and just like the candle in the first package.

sweets7777 When lids pop off a Yankee candle they most always cause damage. If you make sure that all lids are secured tight with tape or wrap bubble wrap around the entire candle with at least 3 full sheets per candle and then tape the ends of the bubble wrap tight and snug, that candle lid will never be able to pop off and you will never have broken candles.

sweets7777 When shipping multiple candles, you should also separate or section the bubble wrapped candles with cardboard.

sweets7777 Just a thought...Since you had another Turkey...would happen to have any other duplicate of any other large jar? Maybe a Frosted Cedar Wreath or any other one that I might be interested in purchasing. That way, I could just buy another candle listing then you would have my shipping address once more and you could just ship the Turkey candle along with another potential order now that you know about how to ship candles safely..😍

shamrock6814 @sweets7777 I’m a bit concerned about the weight. It is only supposed to be 5 lbs total with box and packaging. I’m also thinking it’s best to wrap them all individually instead of in the box. I really want to be sure it all arrives in one piece! 3 is the max I can send without adding extra postage. Let me know your thoughts……

sweets7777 The other were 4 candles x 2 different packages....the Trio Set was great both times with the way you did it since all the lids were secured and they were enclosed in the box and you put extra paper in the box around the candles to help with the separation. If you are worried about the lids popping off those just tape the lid to the candle.
