anniebenji hi Sheila, the watch I purchased from you is not working. it stops since I received it. Did you put a new battery in it? I have not removed the plastic wrap...it is still in its original condition since you shipped to me. pls advice. thanks

anniebenji I dont know much about returning item neither. I am new. Just joint a month or two ago and have been so addicted to it. I have bought several items (purses and shoes and clothes) so far and have no bad experience at all. This watch is the first watch and have been very excited about. 🥴
