Hi Shelia, I'm really sorry that you're unhappy. I just saw the 2 star rating and wanted to reach out and see why you think the wallet you received was different than the pictures? The wallet I sent you is the same exact wallet I took the pictures with. What did you think was different?

@designeronly595 Hi designeronly595, first I want to sincerely apologize for the 2 stars and the comment made. both couldn't be further from the truth! the wallets were 5 star quality and that's what I should have assigned them. I'm new to posher and trying to navigate how everything works. I did think both wallets would be the same size. but as far as stars go, I wish I could go back and give them 5 stars. they were awesome gifts for my twins. thank you!

@sheilaebo Good that make me feel better. You can go back and change your rating and comment as far as I know. Those are such beautiful wallets!! I love that pattern,you probably noticed because I have about 7 other items in that color and pattern lol. thanks again for getting back to me. I try really hard to make everyone happy! plus neg ratings and anything but 5 stars really effect my ratings as a top 5star rated seller. Make sure and come see me if you ever need anything 🙂
