srsparks126 @v_skye3 sorry I just logged on and seen your email. I purchased the GoPro in May 2017. I hate to hear that your having problems with the audio. 😢 I never experienced any problems with it. My niece has one and had problems and she contracted support and they told her to film with the shell/cover off. She said it helped.

v_skye3 @srsparks126 thanks for the reply. I did contact support and they said something could be wrong inside and said the same thing but I'm not filming with the case though and they walked me though a bunch of steps. You wouldn't happen to shave a proof of purchase (receipt or anything?) that I can show them for a warranty?
