_jane_jane_jane @takencareoff Oh, Sheila.You are amazing. I cannot believe you got that dress to me in 24 hours! You are so kind and caring. The only thing is-are you sure this dress was brand new? I really don't want to complain, I don't-only, it's not exactly what I expected. It really does seem that this dress has been worn? it has wear and dirt along the inner straps that face the bust. It also has some little hairs stuck in it here and there? Not long hairs, but-they’re like, short crinkly hairs?

Do you think maybe this was bought from a store where is was tried on a bunch of times? Or were you the original purchaser? Please don’t get upset, I’m not trying to be mean, only for a wedding dress I really needed this to not have ever been worn before. 😔 I hope you understand?

All of our items are completely inspected and tag with a small infrared stamp before shipping to avoid any returns fraud.
