alexam421 Your one star rating is extremely unfair, that’s how they’re sold at the store. Many stores safety pin the tag on jackets. If you had a problem with the item, Poshmark allowed you 3 entire days to open a case in which a return could be made. Is there a reason you didn’t bother to do so?

sheila7824 @alexam421 I have purchased many things from Ae and they dont normally come with matted down fur on the hoods and they typically smell new. I got the package when I was away, so missed the time from for poshmark. I do not believe that item is brand new. Have a great day!
