Hi! You recently bought a pair of shoes from my closet. Unfortunately I accidentally printed out your previous purchase label and sent an order for a new buyer to your house and not theirs. I was wondering if by any chance you got another package from me? I’ve contacted Poshmark to see how to resolve this. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.

Good afternoon, The shoes were my first order from Poshmark so this was all new to me, I thought about the Priority 3-Day mail that I received a few days ago and compared the name on both boxes- did not remember this as one of my orders- these pants must be the order which was sent to me in error-the pants and the box, which was opened, are still in tact-do I just tape the side and have the post office return to you? I can take it to the post office today when I hear from you.

Hi all I received from Poshmark was info that some black boots I had looked at recently sold a few hours ago and some pictures of items on White House Black Market - so far that is all I have received.

@shecha_70 Poshmark just contacted me and said they sent an email with the label. If it hasn’t arrived they advised for you to contact them directly through Poshmark support.

Hi, I did get the PDF label today will print it and get a new box at the Post Office which hasn't been opened, place the merchandise in the box and mail it tomorrow, hopefully with no further issues at the post office.

my computer prints the words "label (10).pdf " across the scanner at the top, I have been to the post office and was told it would cost $15.50 to mail, my Mail Box was going to mail it for me if I could get the label to print-you need to handle it from here otherwise I will send the package to you and hopefully will be reimbursed for the fees or Poshmark can schedule a pickup - I am only available today until 1:00 pm Sheila
