Sheila, I’m Laura Lewis (twohappylarks). I bought a pair of Jack Rogers Stella boots from you. Though a 9, fit like an 8.5. Never had to return anything, but was Approved. Printed out Return Label but printed label to a lady who had just bought from me. She was honest enough to let me know. By that time, Poshmark thought I hadn’t followed thru on Returning and canceled. Will you honor my situation and refund my money? Will pay for shipping. Can’t believe this happened! MANY thanks for your help!

Not enough room to explain well. I will pay shipping return the boots to you if you will just please return my money, please. Chemo left me with Neuropathy in my toes and fingers so I can’t wear a shoe/boot that’s too short. Many thanks! I simply returned them to the wrong person by printing the wrong shipping label.
