Good news your item has started tracking with the USPS and should be arriving on tomorrow August 24th… i’m a little puzzled as to why your other two orders have not started to track even though I sent them out literally at the exact same time but don’t worry I am working on tracking it down and figuring out what the heck is going on…I will be in touch when I have more information as to the status of your other two orders…

@bellesqueb You won't get paid for anything. the entire order has to be returned. I am not opening another case and I'm not saying all of the items are damged.
when they refund my money they will refund all of it so everything has to be returned

@shdcountryplace I know for a fact that the beige bracelet holder did not have dents on it like that when I sent it…I give up…do what you wish…I am not going to sit an argue over 4 items when I have 12 other orders to gift wrap and get ready…I am still super sick but trucking along…

But you are returning items not in the original manner that they were sold to in…I know for a fact that the beige triangular bracelet display did not have dents and bends in it as they do in the picture you showed…I have an image of the item 3 days before I sent it with a meta data stamp on it and it didn’t look like this by any stretch of the imagination…

Plus I did ask you are there any other issue with any other item and you said “no only missing the one set of inside hooks on one jewelry organizer”…this is getting stranger and stranger that suddenly there are all these other issues that were never mentioned despite asking you up front…

@bellesqueb I looked at my pictures. there are no dents and bends in it. I have no idea what you are looking at.
There are no other issues. I'm returning everything in the exact same box I received it in. I put everything back in the box it was received in. If there were damage I would have said something.. if the triangle has a dent in it (which it didn't when I put it back in the box) then refluff it and it is all better.

I never said anything else was wrong. Yes the card book had impressions on the pages as well as some black stuff in it. I didn't want to be petty and immature and whie about something being listed NWOT and it isn't.
Please let's get thru this return and I promise to never purchase from you again.

Is that what I should tell my the person that tries to purchase it…”sorry it’s dented, smudged, & creased…try re-fluffing it”…would you have it if when you came to me saying the grey felted jewelry organizer was missing the front hooks if I told you “well there are plenty of other hooks in the package try spreading them out and using what you have”…no instead I offered to send you free of charge a new one…I just can’t even believe that is someone’s response…

@bellesqueb there is no damage to the triangle. when I pulled it out of the box it was dented. Maybe the pot office dented it who knows. there is nothing wrong with it.

Since you are new to Poshmark you will find it is a much stronger & higher end community base than a lot of other sites…and answers like “try re-fluffing will not bring you many followers nor customers…if there were ANY issues (which I asked if there were multiple times) the time to have brought any of this up would have been when you received the items…right makes sense since you contacted me about the missing hooks which was totally valid…
