I take my sales extremely seriously and have never been given such a rating in my entire life. if you do not like the item I would gladly refund your money for a rating change. Please consider this offer and do what you want with the sweater please. I wish you would have contacted me before so I could offer you a refund.

@ndraven32 the smell is awful. I don’t know if you’re diffusing oils or what. I will have to wash this brand new item before i could even wear. I’m not even sure it will come out. I don’t even want to hang it in my closet to make my other clothes stink. I will try to figure out how to edit the rating do you want the item back?

I'm sorry if you don't like the item, or it isn't what you expected but this is my income so I am sorry you are unsatisfied. Throw away a soft beautiful brand new sweater if you like but I've never been given anything but praise until you. Let's leave it at that. I contacted poshmark support for your refund.

@scguthery well I guess you don't plan to take down my rating. I had an all 5star ratings but, as I said this is my first complaint and I am highly offended by "foul odor." It is what it is.If anything it may have gotten a tiny spritze of my personal perfume on it while it was hanging up.Your rating has knocked me down from becoming a Poshmark Ambassador. I requested for your refund haven't heard back. ok no need to write back. All my followers saw what you wrote. I'm ruined😣
