sjmurphy1991 @north395 that’s odd, I haven’t had that happen before since my address is linked. I got the notification yesterday that the order was cancelled due to damaged item. I was really looking forward to getting them!

north395 @sjmurphy1991 they didn’t have an option to choose delivered to wrong address. It was my fault. I use recycled boxes whenever possible. I put a line through the old label and tape the new label to the box. apparently they delivered it to the address on the old label. The cost to ship it back to me then to you is more then the purchase price. I know it’s disappointing. I’m sorry!

I still haven’t received the package or any updated tracking info on it :( not sure if you’d be able to reach out to your usps as the shipper to find out maybe the location or tracking on the item? I’m sure it could have something to do with holidays but want to be sure it’s not lost as I’ve been able to receive other packages that have shipped at a later date. Thank you!

sjmurphy1991 @clairex3cap please let me know what you find out! I think if tracking has been assigned, it’s USPS responsibility and we both can get paid (if it’s lost and I never receive it) however it’s my understanding that if tracking is never assigned and I never receive it, Poshmark holds you responsible for filing a claim with USPS and I’m not sure they will refund you? I’ve been looking for this piece forever so I hope it arrives soon!

clairex3cap @sjmurphy1991 I checked with my mailroom and it confirmed to have been sent out! I emailed USPS to see if I can get a tracking number requested - I will also go in person Monday right after the holiday! I appreciate your patience; even with the holiday this is very frustrating 😩
