shelbybute @pinkcloudtracy I'm so sorry that you are disappointed! It was my brothers shirt and I didn't actually notice the tag was cut out until you mentioned it, since the size was imprinted on the shirt! I apologize that there was food on it as well, I try very hard to package everything nicely and send it out asap and I always check every item, so that was entirely a mistake. If there is anything I can do or even switch the item out please let me know, I will make it right.

dbuchberg Hi Shelby! I bought the size 6.5 purple Steve Madden shoes and they are lovely. Unfortunately I think they are actually a 5.5 and the manufacturer stamped the wrong size on them. What do you suggest?

shelbybute @dbuchberg I’m so sorry to hear that. Do you want to send back the shoes and switch them out for another product? If you want a refund, we will have to get posh people involved. This has never happened to me, and I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know what you want to do and we will get it all sorted out.

shelbybute @dbuchberg im not entirely sure, I’ve never had to have a refund. You have to go through Posh management. Sorry I can’t give you more of a direction, I’m just not sure.
