fallsunset2018 I actually screenshot this information. When I checked again this evening, none of that information is showing. It’s just saying that the shoes were picked up 4/20 in SatBch FL. I’m hoping it’s just an update glitch and that your shoes are hopefully out for delivery by tomorrow

shelbyydiane @fallsunset2018 i know girl. no worries. i’m sure it’ll be here soon. that’s happened to 4 other packages of mine w usps, that tracking info goes blank. it says it’s “moving within the usps network” w no expected delivery date. very strange. but they have been eventually showing up!

shelbyydiane @bellabostonposh hi maria! i just received the order! everything is great, but i do have a problem with the top. it was listed as green and the pictures you posted look green but it is very much gold. i took pictures of it too and held it in different lighting but it’s only gold. is there something we can do? the jacket and bag are wonderful tho!

I just wanted to let you know that I dropped your package off at the post office yesterday (with another package of shoes for another customer) and hers was scanned in this morning. I freaked out when yours wasn’t scanned yet, so I just went back to the post office to ask them. And they assured me it went out, but with all the delays it may not have just been “acceptance scanned” yet. I’ll keep a close eye on it to make sure it has movement. Thanks!

laureneckartz @shelbyydiane I dropped it off at the post office Friday. When I got notification Saturday morning that the other I sent started to track, I went back and asked why only one was tracking. He told me they are having this problem where they don’t get that initial scan but then just show up delivered. I’m also in NY (Queens) so a little concerned. I might have to report the item as lost - but I contacted posh support to find one what should be done since it’s been almost a week now. And being we are both in NY there is no reason this wouldn’t have been delivered unless it was lost. Ugh I am beyond frustrated
