shelbala @jezap I contacted customer service to see what their advice is. When you say the zipper is broken, what exactly is wrong with it ?

jezap @shelbala The zipper doesn't stay zipped, it opens up while the jeans are buttoned...

shelbala @jezap customer service replied and said once the shipment is accepted you can't return it. I'm sorry, I honestly had no idea there was a zipper problem. Hopefully you can get it fixed !
