rachelmpink @shelbylohr1 hi there, I was just packaging up your coat to ship off and my bracelet snagged the collar and created a tear in the material on the collar 😔😩 I am SO SO sorry. I have never had anything like this happen before and of course understand if you do not want the coat anymore but wanted to offer a couple options to try and make up for this mistake in case you are interested: I am happy to offer you a cheaper price on the coat which means we would cancel

rachelmpink @shelbylohr1 your current order and then you can re buy or we can agree on a free gift from my closet to be sent with the coat (I have lots of stuff unlisted too so if you don't see anything already posted feel free to let me know what sort of items you might love and I can see what I've got :) ) The tear is about 1.5" long, I can post pictures if you are interested in considering the coat still. I think in this case a refund might be best--you have many lovely clothing options that I would happily take, so you certainly give a great offer, but sadly I was on the hunt for down/warm winter jackets since I won't have as much time to shop once classes begin. My apologies for all of the hassle, and perhaps I will be able to buy one of the many cute items from you on another day!

shelbylohr1 @tammyabc just wanted to send a note that I had mailed the jacket to my parents house because I was moving and hadn't had a chance to see it in person (even though I'd approved it because my parents said it was there!) just wanted to say that the coat is just wonderful, and packaged beautifully with the extra gift and note, now that I saw it today.
