I wish you had let me know before the 3 day refund period ended, and I would have provided a full refund. shelby_alex @alireland19 Thanks for reaching out! I debated whether or not to start a claim but have had bad experiences with it in the past on both ends. I figured that it wasn’t worth the trouble, especially if it can be fixed. I like the suit otherwise (almost purchased it from Zaful but my last purchase from them took over two months to arrive) Anyways, thanks again for reaching out! I appreciate it 🙂

shelby_alex @sophiaaceves7 I printed the label and re-shipped her masks last weekend. She should have an email with the new tracking from Poshmark just like I did. I put in a request to customer care this morning bc my mask that the other client re-shipped to me is MIA...said it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd and never came. It still says in route on the tracking with expected delivery two days ago so I guess it’s lost?
