shelby_zobel @luissetfigueroa hey, I just got the watch today and I am trying to pair to my account but it is not allowing me because you didn't reset it, so it is still in your samsung account. I dont know if youre able to access your samsung account and delete your information that way.. if not I will have to file the claim to return the device because I won't be able to use it! I tried to reset the watch as well but it still has the reactivation lock in place.
