ingridwhitworth I just saw the rating you gave me and I can say that strap was absolutely not broken when I mailed it to you. The bathing suit is brand new and was free from any flaws. If it was broken, I wouldn’t have been able to hang in on a hanger, as it can clearly be seen hanging just fine in my listing.

shelia_mcdowell @ingridwhitworth I can assure you that my removing the item from the package would not result in the thread damages evident on the item. I would have no way to know if the displayed item is the same as the item shipped to me. The item was received damaged with broken threads where the strap should be attached to the loop by the hardware.

ingridwhitworth @shelia_mcdowell You had 3 days to look over the item. Why are you waiting until well after 4 days to claim it was damaged. My photos, specifically the side you're claiming is damaged, show that this suit was perfectly intact when it was sent to you.

shelia_mcdowell @ingridwhitworth As I stated earlier, I removed the packaging tonight to inspect the suit. When held up by the straps the right side strap was dangling separate from the suit. The loop that the hardware attaches to has significant thread damages. I have no way of verifying that the item I received is the same item in the ad. I was unable to open the package until tonight due to my work schedule. Nothing more than that. I bought the suit for a trip in August.

ingridwhitworth @shelia_mcdowell None of my photos, including the area you claim is damaged, show any 'significant thread damage', as you indicate. To insinuate that I sent a different suit comes across as a far reach on your part. How do I know you didn't stretch it, therefore, breaking it? I'm done with this and won't engage further.
