aormglobal I apologize if the description was not detailed enough, I also apologize for the inconvenience. This is a high quality metal glue( the bag was tested carrying 2 lbs without issue). The rating you gave me is not my standard and will do anything to correct it. Your options are: 1- return the product with full refund( contact Poshmark for the process ) 2- get extra $10 discount 3- choose one of the $10 handbags I have on my list and will ship it to you for free
