cmmcclimans I got my Remington flat iron today. I am a novice at this. How do I know the temp its on? I can tell it gets hot fast! But how do I know what temp it is? Are there different settings? Does it have a style name so I can look it up on the internet and how to use it? Thanks for your help

m102889 @cmmcclimans there are only 2 settings Wet/Dry there are no temp settings. You can send this back if you wish. I am sorry you are not happy. I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases and not give me negative reviews. Thank you for reaching out to me.

I had bundles of orders going out that day and evidently messed up printing. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I thought I doubled checked everything but evidently missed it.
