mrsrayray Hi, I am so sorry about the wait. I thought this process would be easy. I was to get a temp card issued to me while I wait but since my daughter and I have this as a joint because she is in college they need to change both of our accounts but need authorization from her via signature. The branch manager said it will situated by the time the bank closes at 7pm.

mrsrayray As soon as they receive the fax from her, they will make sure they take the freeze off the account. I am very interested. I am sorry. They first said noon, then 3pm but just promised all will be good by 7pm/ closing.

If you said to me last week Diana, I have an insane week ahead and won’t be able to ship until next weekend, I would have said Cool, no worries. See how it works? It’s called managing expectations.
