@shelleyoverholt tips on here, list and claims all the wear and tear, only authentic items otherwise when the buyer receive the item, they will return it and you will just lost your time. you have 7 days to ship or the seller could cancel the order. As a seller, you can cancel your sell if you change your mind about the price or if the item got lost or damaged.

HI Shelley. I wanted to let you know that I screwed up and sent you the wrong size Tory burch flats. I have 2 pairs and accidentally sent you the 7.5 instead on the 10. I'm so so sorry. If you could just open a case when you get them and tell Posh it was the wrong item shipped, that would be great. They will send you a label to mail it back. Again I apologize for the mistake.

@htriplett11 sounds good. No problem. I think I’m a jinx with these flats. I bought a pair of leopard ones from a girl that were 9’s. I just looked at them and accepted them without trying them on and am now stuck with them 🤦🏻♀️! I appreciate the $5 off!!! :)
