d_o_n_n_a @shelleycosby Hi .. The shipping is paid for by the buyer it doesn’t affect ur earnings. U pkg ur 📦 ship n as soon as the buyer receives it they let posh know and leave u rating & posh releases ur funds. I hope this helps. There is also a notification in the “my sales” where u click “I shipped” after shipment to let Posh n the buyer know u have shipped. Pls do not hesitate to reach out if u have any more questions. 😊

d_o_n_n_a @shelleycosby No, u pay nothing out of pocket. Posh will email u a label & no, u never factor in shipping in ur price as it is paid for by the buyer n Posh sends u a prepaid label n all u have to do is print ur label 📦 up & ship. Plmk if u need help w/ finding ur label 😊

d_o_n_n_a @shelleycosby There are 2 listing one for $140 says sold however, the one for $200 is still for sale. That one needs to be deleted or marked NFS.

shelleycosby @d_o_n_n_a I tried to change the status to not for sale but a message popped up saying that I still had an active offer on it so i couldn’t continue. It’s an offer that came in that I counter offered earlier today, so the decline option is not there. I do not see an option for deleting. Maybe you could help me with that?

d_o_n_n_a @shelleycosby 🤔Oh ok. Try ... where it says offers help it should be a grey box where the offers are. I believe there is a “help” option for ex: as a buyer u can cancel ur offer however, I’m not 100% sure on the counter option as a seller. Plmk if that helped. Meanwhile I’m gonna try to do some homework on that 🤔

d_o_n_n_a @shelleycosby No worries at all. Just checking so, if not I can look for some pillow cases for them or maybe I can find some for cheap online bc these beauties are going on my shelf. I forgot to ask are these from a smoke free home ? I had to return one last week bc it had an awful odor of smoke n my daughters n myself are very sensitive. Thanks again 😊

shelleycosby @d_o_n_n_a I am not a smoker, however I did have them stored at my aunts house a couple of months ago because I was in the process of moving. She is a smoker but I do not smell on them.
