natalia_zabava @pearceplace I do t know, because I have enough experience selling and buying on different platforms,,and my priority is to protect myself,but I Ave been also scammed in some ways....and I don't mean to make the buyers uncomfortable,but something is not right in this case....I ve done all I could on my behalf,but I am not in control of your financial arrangements.....

I have sent two different emails to their customer service and no reply. I understand your caution. Its important to me that my reputation is not questioned. That is why i need to get this straightened out. I have made purchases with Posh in the past with absolutely no problem. I just feel the need to defend myself. I will figure out how to get in contact with who can help.

natalia_zabava They did not respond to me in 24 hours after my questions...wait for respond .....they don't have direct live contact number,I ve tried....all I know that no email of sail confirmation was received to me.......let's wait...I was able to recover shipping lable,but no confirmation by email as usual....please wait till tomorrow,I have to put my children to bed,I will contact them again...I don't understand what's going on here

natalia_zabava @pearceplace ok,,,that's what sucks ......I am registered here,but not too happy with many issues...I ve made several complaints about different issues ....these boots don't cost like $500.... Give me some time ....to figure this out and you also email them that the seller did not receive email confirmation........I have the label......this week I ll ship....but I don't know how I am gonna get info i.you try to buy again now,but I don't have to print another label...maybe it will go through.

natalia_zabava U don't need to defend yourself if you doing everything right and legit,,, Poshmark moderators can view everything....for some reason the only email I got was "sorry that you had such experience"..so....it did not give me specific instructions eather.

pearceplace I did get an email from Posh confirming the purchase right before I tried to purchase your boots. It's still awaiting shipment. I did text her to see if she's had any issues. I haven't heard anything yet. I'm going to check my bank account right now to see if anything's been withdrawn. (at least for the previous purchase)

pearceplace Sooo.. just checked my bank account and the cost of your boots was taken from my account. $44.97. I wish there was a way to show you. This is so frustrating. The first purchase has been withdrawn from my account as well.
